We recently did the upgrade to 2.6 at our <a href="http://www.tsheets.com">time tracking</a> blog and had only a bit of trouble with our custom template. The rather annoying bit was/is the caption feature around the images. If I want to add a caption, I can always do it manually within the WP write area. By automatically adding this feature, all of our align tags were thrown off and we had to go back and add a fine lines of code to the main stylesheet. Not a big deal, but I'd expect more from WP.
